Brief description
This Chair depends on the School of Economics and Business Administration (ICADE) and studies the effects of market globalisation and corporate internationalisation on geographic mobility and human resource personal development. With this Chair, Comillas is entering a novel area in the university realm with an aim to fulfilling the necessary multidisciplinary tasks.
Its aim is to provide companies with the information they need to be able to understand the international mobility phenomenon and its business and social implications as well as the tools which help them to effectively plan and manage their growth strategies, bearing in mind human resources expectations and needs and those of the other stakeholders affected.
