Brief description
The aim of this group is to further the study of regulations and jurisprudence regarding minors in the different situations in which they may find themselves and forming a critical opinion which can be offered to society and serve as the driver for change and development.
After a certain period of time of both individual and collective work as a team, some of our Law School professors decided to create this research group within Universidad Pontificia Comillas as a result of sharing a common interest in the legal situation of minors in Spain and in the world, their knowledge regarding some of the problems affecting minors’ rights and the wish to better understand the instrument Law provides to provide a better response to those problems.
We firmly believe that this group will help us to better coordinate our research and strengthen them both within the university and beyond. This group serves to complement our individual knowledge and helps to avoid duplicating our work while facilitating financing and publications.
